1) MODEL RELEASE PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION AND RIGHTS GRANTED For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledge as agreed, and by signing this release, I hereby give the Photographer my permission to license the images and to use the images in any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. I agree that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and may be cropped, altered, or modified. : I agree that I have no rights to the images, and all the rights to the images belong to the Photographer. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Photographer. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding. Parent warrants and represents that Parent is the legal guardian of Model, and has the full legal capacity to consent to the Shoot and to execute this release OF ALL RIGHTS IN MODEL’S IMAGES. 2) NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Oak & Ivy Studios and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce our work in any manner. Please respect our livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as artists we wish to have control over the final look of our clients' images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. 3.) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MODEL TEAM MEMBERS a. You must book your Senior session with Oak & Ivy between May 2019-Oct 2019 b. You will only represent Oak & Ivy and not any other photography studio c. You must participate in one of our group model shoots d. You must post some of your preview images from your senior session and any model shoots on Instagram and/or Twitter at least twice a month and tag Oak & Ivy e. Your parent must share and tag Oak & Ivy in your senior picture and any model shoots on Facebook or social media a minimum of two times.
